Woodley Jumbulance Group exists to take sick or disabled people on holiday by Jumbulance.

The Jumbulance is hired from Jumbulance Travel Trust, a registered charity, and the use of their specialist vehicles offers the sick or disabled the opportunity of stress-free travel.
The hotel is booked by the group organizers, either following a visit to ascertain its suitability, or on  recommendation by a Jumbulance group having stayed there - facilities for disabled vary greatly from hotel to hotel.
The"Jumbulance", is specially designed to meet the needs of most disabled travellers. Each Jumbulance has a lift, disabled toilet, stretcher beds and a wide range of medical equipment, as well as a kitchen so that hot meals can be provided on the journey. There is also a portable hoist which can be used in hotels.

Woodley Jumbulance Group has been taking sick and disabled away on holiday to France, Italy and Austria for more than 25 years. Our dedicated nurses and helpers are very experienced and can cope with most disabilities.

On a Jumbulance holiday all the passengers pay the same fare, nurses helpers and disabled. Fundraising events are organised by volunteers each year, all money raised going directly towards the cost of the holiday.
The  cost of the holiday  includes all travel by Jumbulance from Woodley, holiday insurance for the unable, half board at the hotel, and all excursions -some places of interest we visit may incur a small entrance charge
